A Site Visit followed by a Pre-bid meeting will be held, as per the date and time indicated below:

 

Date: Monday, 21 September 2026

Time: 1400 hrs. to 1500 hrs., IST (Site Visit), 1500 hrs. to 1600 hrs., IST (Pre-bid meeting)

Venue: UNICEF, 73 Lodhi Estate, New Delhi (L8, SS Room)

Interested bidders must confirm their participation for site visit and pre-bid meeting by 18 September 2026 to syahmad@unicef.org sharing names of participants (maximum 2 persons per agency).

All questions from Bidders are expected to be submitted via email to syahmad@unicef.org and sbhavnani@unicef.org. All bidders must submit their requests for clarifications before the Pre-Bid meeting but no later than close of business on 18 September 2026.
