Supply of Misc. Polio Items for School Engagement Activities - KP (SO#20332647)

UNICEF has issued a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the Supply of Miscellaneous Polio Items for School Engagement Activities, to be delivered to Peshawar on DAP basis (SO#20332647). Samples are mandatory and must be sent to the UNICEF Peshawar Office. For ease of reference, sample pictures and artwork are also attached to the tender documents. The LRFQ number, company name, and list of items must be clearly mentioned on the corrugated box containing the samples. Bids without the required samples will not be considered for further evaluation. Bidders are also requested to clearly indicate the bid validity, delivery lead time and rates are inclusive of delivery charges at Peshawar in their quotation. Offers, along with samples of each item including branding, must be submitted by 25 September 2026 exclusively through the UNGM portal. Offers submitted directly to individuals or to the UNICEF office through any other means will be disqualified without exception. This tender will be run through the UNICEF e-submissions system. By clicking on the blue ‘Express Interest’ button in the UNGM tender notice, the full UNICEF e-submission system instructions to bidders document (including instructions on how to access the tender documents and submit an Offer) will be automatically emailed to the ‘contact persons’ included in your UNGM registration.
