Description of the Assignment: 01  National Consultant – Technical Support for Implementation of Agro-Climate Information Services

Period of assignment/services: October 2026 to October 2027 (145 days)

Objective: 

This TOR is focused on mobilizing a national consultant (the Consultant) who will lead and coordinate with the Central Project Office for Water Resources Projects (CPO)/Ministry of Agriculture and Environment (MAE) to develop the methodology, provide technical guidance, and facilitate and monitor the operation of the package of agrometeorology/climate information services (under Activity 2.3) of the SACCR project. 

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.

Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
