Dear Madam/Sir,

Please find attached the bid document LRPS-2026-9206201 for UNICEF China. It will be appreciated if you could provide your quotation for the item to UNICEF China office no later than 10:20 on 12 October 2026 (GMT+8).

Bidders are requested to inform UNICEF as soon as possible by email to Ms. Su Yilin, Supply and Logistics Associate at ysu@unicef.org that they have received this Solicitation Document.

There will be no pre-bid meetings. If you have any questions or you need clarification to this bid, please communicate with Ms. Su Yilin, at ysu@unicef.org by 10:20 24 September 2026.

Participation in this solicitation is restricted to companies legally registered and operating in China; bids from entities outside of China will not be considered.

The Proposal prepared by the Proposer and all correspondence and documents relating to the Proposal exchanged by the Proposer and UNICEF, will be written in Chinese. Supporting documents and printed literature furnished by the Proposer may be in another language provided that they are accompanied by an appropriate translation in Chinese.

The bid documents should be sent to UNICEF China office by email. Emailing address is chinabid@unicef.org. The subject line of the email should also include the bid number LRPS-2026-9206201. Please send the technical proposal and financial proposal in two separate emails and follow the naming rule as "LRPS-2026-9206201_Company Name_Technical Proposal OR Financial Proposal". When sending your quotation, no other recipients should be "cc" or "bcc" in the email. Offers sent to any other email will be invalidated.

!! It is mandatory to send the stamped and signed "quotation form and declaration form" on page 3-5 of the tender document along with the quotation email. !!

Offers which fail against mandatory criteria are non-compliant and may lead to invalid bid submission.
