Description of the Assignment: National consultant to support the comparative study of digital rights in selected European countries and development of a bilingual report with recommendations for Viet Nam

 

Period of assignment/services: October 2026 to January 2027 (25 days)


Objective: 

The objective of this assignment is to support the Institute of Legal Science and Strategy (ILSS), Ministry of Justice, in conducting a comparative study on digital rights in selected European countries and developing a bilingual research report with recommendations for Viet Nam, thereby contributing to evidence-based policy and legal development on digital rights in the context of Viet Nams digital transformation.

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
