Request for Proposal

UNICEF Sudan country office is looking for Institutional Consultancy for the "Design and

Delivery of a Capacity Building Programme on Public Finance for Children (PF4C)".

The interested service providers are requested to submit Proposal by email as per LRPS requirements. The proposals of local service providers will be strictly evaluated according to the LPRS documents.

Bids must be received by latest on 26th of September 2026 at 23:59 Sudan Local Time.

Proposer are requested to submit their questions to esaeed@unicef.org  cc: wzhai@unicef.org before or on 21th of September 2026 at 23:59hrs. Sudan time.

The LRPS received after closing date/time or by any other means not specified in the bid document will be rejected.
