Dear All,
Following the market grounding conducted in Sorsogon City, the Negotiation has been amended based on the market information gathered and considerations related to supplier capacity, material availability, delivery requirements, and lot composition.
All bidders who have already submitted their bids are required to resubmit their bids using the updated solicitation documents and referencing Negotiation Reference No. UNDP-PHL-00999.
Additionally, the bid submission deadline has been extended to 12 October 2026.
