PROVISION OF CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE OF STEP-DOWN TRANSFORMERS FOR UNHCR AZRAQ AND ZA’ATARI REFUGEE CAMPS

RFP/UNHCR/JOR/2026/3548 for the establishment of a Frame Agreement for the provision of corrective maintenance, fault diagnosis, repair, testing and component replacement services for medium-voltage step-down transformers at UNHCR Azraq and Za’atari Refugee Camps. Interested bidders are invited to submit proposals through the UNHCR Supplier Portal. Bidders may submit an offer for one or both camps. The solicitation documents include: Annex A: Terms of Reference; Annex B: Technical Evaluation Criteria; Annex C 1: Financial Offer Form – Azraq Camp; Annex C 2: Financial Offer Form – Za’atari Camp; Annex D: UN Supplier Code of Conduct; Annex E: UNHCR General Conditions of Contracts for the Provision of Services – 2018; Annex F: Supplier Portal Guidelines; and Annex G: Vendor Registration Form. Proposals shall be submitted no later than 18 October 2026 at 23:59 hrs (Jordan Local Time).
