Description
Dear Bidder,
The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.
Below is a summary of the work to be performed:
The International Labour Organization (ILO) seeks an independent evaluator to conduct the internal mid-term evaluation of the ACCEL Egypt – Harvesting the Future project, implemented in partnership with the Fair Labor Association (FLA). The project aims to accelerate the elimination of child labour, improve working conditions, and strengthen the economic resilience of families in the jasmine supply chain in Egypt.
The evaluator will assess the project's relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, impact orientation, and sustainability using a mixed-methods approach, including desk review, key informant interviews, focus group discussions, and field visits. The evaluation will cover implementation from September 2024 to July 2026 and will examine progress across the project's four outcomes, with particular attention to gender equality, child safeguarding, inclusion, and international labour standards. The assignment includes the preparation of an inception report, draft and final evaluation reports, and presentation of the evaluation findings and recommendations to the ILO and key stakeholders.
If you are interested, please express interest and follow the instructions attached to consult the detailed terms of reference and other relevant information in the ILO e-sourcing platform.
