MSMEs and Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Support Programme in Tarhouna and Derna
Building on livelihood and market assessments undertaken in both locations, UNDP Libya now seeks to engage a qualified service provider to implement an integrated MSME, entrepreneurship and livelihoods support programme across Tarhouna and Derna. 
The assignment will strengthen the capacities of relevant national and local entrepreneurship-support institutions; establish transparent mechanisms for identifying and selecting entrepreneurs, MSMEs and individual beneficiaries; and provide tailored capacity development, business coaching and complementary support to strengthen beneficiaries readiness for sustainable economic participation.
