- The completed Annex 1, Financial proposal Template, in .xls format
(Each completed sheet per product should be saved/exported/printed/scanned to a PDF file and the Excel copy saved.) Both versions (PDF and Excel) to be sent to the above e-mail.
Offers sent to any other email will be invalidated. Do not send general queries to this email
- The subject line of the e-mail should include the bid number RFP-DAN-2026-503954
- Bidders should strictly populate the table as received without inserting new rows or columns.
- No other recipient should be "cc" or "bcc" in the email submission. Proposals sent in any other manner will be invalidated.

The deadline for receipt of any questions is 10 October 2026.
Offers must be received by latest 23.59 hours (Copenhagen time) on 15th October 2026 and will be opened on 16th October 2026.
As a result of this tender, UNICEF intends to award Long Term Arrangements (LTA) for 2 years (with a possible renewal for 3 additional periods of 12 months).

Technical documentation Submission:
Proposers must upload the documents on SharePoint, in a folder set up for each proposer individually. For new bidders, please contact sd.nutritionsupplies@unicef.org to have the folder created. The link to the supplier’s folder will be sent to the persons indicated in the email. Instruction for uploading and tagging documents will be found in the folder. Technical documentation should be provided as soon as available but not later than 15th October 2026 at 23.59 Copenhagen time.
