Call for External Collaborator –Production of awareness-raising video materials on safety in construction sector with subtitles (Kazakh, Russian), Kazakhstan, Astana

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual based in Astana, Kazakhstan, to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The ILO is seeking a qualified video production company or individual with relevant experience to be engaged to organize the filming, technical support, editing, and preparation of the awareness-raising informational video materials on OSH in construction sector in Kazakhstan. All the videos are designed in accordance with the requirements for visualization of information of the International Labor Organization (Video text graphics - Web and social media - Brand Hub - Guidelines) and contains subtitles (two versions of the same video are presented: with subtitles in Russian and Kazakh), as well as text inserts and infographic elements. Videos must be adapted for publication on social networks (X platform, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) and on the E-Collab.
