RFP/2026/012 for the Establishment of Long-Term Agreement/s for the Provision of Rental of AV Equipment and Services

IRENA HQ Procurement would like to invite your company for a Request for Proposals for “the Establishment of Long-Term Agreement/s for the Provision of Rental of AV Equipment and Services for Pre-Production, Production, Conferencing/Webinar Platforms, Simultaneous Interpretation and Live Event Support for IRENA Council, Assembly and Related Meetings in Physical, Hybrid or Virtual Formats”, details of which are in Section 3 of this RFP/2026/012.

The deadline to submit your technical and financial proposals is 08 October 2026 at 23:59 hours, Abu Dhabi time (Gulf Standard Time (GST). Proposals should be submitted only to Bids@irena.org via the company's official email address, following the guidelines provided in this RFP.

The deadline to request clarifications or questions is 24 September 2026 at 23:59 hours, Abu Dhabi time. Requests for clarification or questions must be sent via email to procurement@irena.org, cc'ing aahmad@irena.org.

We would also like to inform you that a virtual pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, September 21, 2026, 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM (Gulf Standard Time). Please find below the meeting link.
