The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Philippines invites qualified suppliers, manufacturers, and authorized distributors worldwide to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of motorcycles, cargo tricycles, and electric cargo tricycles under the EU-PH Partnership for Green Economy (GREEN LGUs) Project. This procurement aims to equip partner local government units with innovative and reliable mobility solutions that will strengthen waste management systems, support circular economy initiatives, enhance community service delivery, and promote sustainable local development.

Through this opportunity, UNDP seeks experienced suppliers capable of delivering high-quality vehicles and specialized cargo configurations designed to meet the operational requirements of beneficiary LGUs across the Philippines. Interested bidders may submit offers for one or multiple line items, with evaluation and award to be conducted per line item.

  • Line Item 4: Gasoline Cargo Tricycle with Mesh Cage Body (1 Unit) – Maasin
  • Line Item 5: Gasoline Cargo Tricycle with Three-Opening Hatch Cargo Body (1 Unit) – Maasin
  • Line Item 6: Motorcycle with Kolong-Kolong Cargo Sidecar (7 Units) – San Jose del Monte
  • Line Item 7: Motorcycle with Mobile Refill Sidecar (3 Units) – San Jose del Monte
  • Line Item 8: Gasoline Cargo Tricycle with Collection Body (7 Units) – Pasig
  • Line Item 9: Electric Cargo Tricycle with Refill and Food Rescue Compartments (15 Units) – Quezon City

Total Requirement: 45 Units across various vehicle types and configurations for deployment to beneficiary local government units in the Philippines.
