ESTABLISHMENT OF LONG TERM ARRANGEMENT FOR UNICEF Staff Pick-Up & Drop-Off (PUDO) Transport/Taxi/Shuttle Services within Port Moresby

Bid close by 23:30hrs (PNG Port Moresby time) on Monday 05th October, 2026.

1. We request that you separate your Technical and Financial proposals and email to: png-bids@unicef.org

2. The respective email headers should read as follows:

- LRPS-2026-9205830/Submission of the TECHNICAL OFFER
- LRPS-2026-9205830/Submission of the FINANCIAL OFFER

3. No financial information/price proposal should be included in your Technical proposal submission. 
4. Ensure to complete pages 3-5 of the REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR SERVICES FORM and return with your Financial Proposal. 

5. Please refer to the Terms of Reference and the Technical Evaluation Criteria attached in order to prepare your submission(s).
