MINUSCA seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced and registered companies for the supply and delivery of of Genuine HP Printing Consumables to Bangui, Central African Republic -C.A.R-. Interested vendors must be registered in the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) at Level 1 no later than the tender closing date KEY INFORMATION 1-This requirement is limited togenuine consumable items such as HP toner cartridges (Black,Cyan, Yellow, Magenta Standards) , imaging drums, maintenance kits, fuser kits, and other HP-branded consumables required for the continued operation of existing HP printing equipment. 2- The successful vendor shall supply new, unused, unopened, original HP products in manufacturer packaging with an acceptable remaining shelf life. 2- This requirement does not include the procurement of printers, multi-functional devices, print management software, managed print services, rental equipment, installation services, or maintenance services except where directly related to the supply, replacement, warranty, return, or environmentally sound handling of HP consumables. 3- The Vendor shall support MINUSCA ordering and delivery to MINUSCA. The Vendor shall maintain reliable supply channels, provide product traceability, ensure shelf-life usability, and support environmentally responsible collection, recycling, or disposal of used consumables where available and requested by the MINUSCA. All the relevant specifications and details will be communicated in our tender's documents.
