Call for External Collaborator – High-Level Evaluation on the ILO’s Normative Work. Preliminary scoping

Dear Bidder, The ILO Evaluation Office is undertaking the preliminary scoping for a high-level corporate evaluation of the ILO’s normative work. The subject-matter expert consultant will provide specialized technical and analytical support during this scoping phase, contributing to the development of a robust scope and analytical framework for the evaluation. The specific responsibilities, tasks and required qualifications and expertise are set out in the details of this Call. Interested consultants are invited to submit the following as part of their application: • A short technical proposal (maximum 2 pages) outlining their proposed approach to the assignment; • An updated CV demonstrating relevant qualifications and experience; and • A commercial proposal (maximum 1 page) specifying the proposed daily fee and the number of working days proposed for the assignment.
