Bidders are kindly requested to submit their proposals in two separate emails: one email for the
technical bid and another email for the financial bid.

include: The technical bid.
b-Email for price bids: Subject line of the email must indicate: LRPS number (9206103) - name
of your company- price bid.
Proposals submitted in any other way will be invalidated, even if received before the stipulated
deadline.
A bid conference will be held online on Sep 15, 2026, at 12:00PM hrs. Syria time (GMT+3). Link
is included in the email invitation.
Last date for accepting inquiries from the bidders is Sep 19, 2026, at 23:59.00 hrs Syria time
(GMT+3).
