Description

1. Request for Quotation for Services

United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) wishes to procure the above mentioned services through a competitive bidding process. In this respect, UNICEF would like to invite your organization to submit technical and financial bids as outlined in this request for proposal and the terms and conditions contained herein.

2. Request for Information

For any queries please contact Procurement Officer by email: mdagne@unicef.org; and flrozario@unicef.org. All queries will be entertained up to 3 working days of the bid opening.

IMPORTANT: BIDS ARE NOT TO BE SENT TO THE INDIVIDUAL STATED ABOVE - ANY BIDS SENT TO THE ABOVE NAMED INDIVIDUAL WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.

3. Submission Deadline and Proposal opening

The deadline for submission of bids is as follows: Wednesday, 16 September 2026 at 1100 HRS (GMT +6:00).

4. Mode of submission: 

4.1. The responses of this LRQS should be submitted ONLY to the email ID: ebidsbangladesh@unicef.org; no staff members should be copied in that email. Proposals can be sent in batches not to exceed UNICEF's e-mail size quota of ten (10) megabytes per e-mail.

4.2  Regarding the proposal submission:

  1. Technical Proposal: in a pdf format. Please follow the proposal writing format provided in Annex-B  and C in the proposal (after page 28 of the RFP).
  2. Financial Proposal : both in pdf format (duly signed) and excel format.  Both pdf & excel version should be password protected.
  3. If Technical and Financial proposals are prepared as one document, the submission will be disqualified. It will not be accepted as a valid submission.

Due to the nature of this RFQS, there will be no public opening of bids. Any bids received by UNICEF after the submission deadline will be rejected.
