Request for Proposal (RFP) for Website Redesign and Modernization

The International Court of Justice (ICJ) is seeking proposals from qualified web development and design vendors to modernize its public institutional website (www.icj-cij.org). The project encompasses a five-phased approach—spanning discovery, concept prototyping, visual design, front-end development, and data-driven optimization—to renew the site's look and feel, information architecture, and navigation model in alignment with the Court's visual identity and international accessibility standards. The work requires full compatibility with the ICJ's Drupal CMS, support for bilingual core content (English and French) alongside the other official UN languages, and the implementation of responsive, mobile-friendly design optimized for diverse global users.
