Description
Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is seeking an individual to serve as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The ILO is seeking an external collaborator to support the operationalisation and testing of a methodology to identify and assess factors that may contribute to vulnerability to forced labour in complex supply chains. The methodology combines supply-chain mapping based on OECD input–output tables with standardised legal and statistical indicators derived from the ILO Indicator Framework (ILO-IF). The assignment will include adapting and transforming OECD input–output tables; compiling relevant legal, regulatory and statistical information at the national and sectoral levels; operationalising the indicators through appropriate coding mechanisms and thresholds; and integrating these elements within the framework. The methodology will initially be applied to selected country–sector combinations and subsequently extended across countries and sectors, subject to data availability. If you are interested, please express interest and follow the instructions attached to consult the detailed terms of reference and other relevant information in the ILO e-sourcing platform. Please submit your proposal before the specified deadline. Thank you.
