Capacity building programme for government education officials on Education for Sustainable Development (ESD), Global Citizenship Education (GCED), and Cultural Heritage Education.

United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invite qualified companies to submit sealed tenders as follows:

The firm/organization will refine UNESCO's existing training package and plan, organize, and deliver a three-day capacity-building programme for approximately 40 government education officials. The programme will strengthen participants' knowledge and practical skills in Education for Sustainable Development (ESD), Global Citizenship Education (GCED), cultural heritage education, and Interactive Radio Instruction (IRI), with a focus on their practical application within district and provincial education systems.

Participants will include District Education Officers (DEOs) and Assistant Education Officers (AEOs) from the project target districts; relevant officials from the Provincial Education Departments of Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa; and a limited number of relevant officials from the Federal Education Department. The selected firm/organization will also be responsible for contextualizing UNESCO's existing training package, coordinating with relevant education authorities and nominated participants, managing workshop logistics, facilitating participatory learning activities, conducting pre- and post-training assessments, and documenting the training and its outcomes.
