Description
Dear Bidder,
The ILO seeks an external collaborator to support the Better Work programme in strengthening the management systems component of its new factory engagement model and in supporting the implementation of a Beyond Tier One pilot in Sri Lanka. The assignment will include reviewing existing Better Work management systems materials and developing simple, practical templates and guidance to support Enterprise Advisors in coaching factories on the implementation of management systems, with a focus on occupational safety and health (OSH) and human resources (HR). The external collaborator will also provide up to four virtual coaching sessions for Enterprise Advisors on the practical application of management systems and the use of the developed tools, and provide recommendations on further strengthening Better Work’s management systems tools and approach.
The Sri Lanka component will support the Beyond Tier One pilot through the development of a workplan, a needs assessment and stakeholder validation, coordination of at least two training-of-trainers (ToT) events based on identified needs, post-ToT coaching, and a short report documenting key activities and findings. As this component requires in-country stakeholder engagement and on-the-ground support, applicants must be based in Sri Lanka and available to undertake the required activities in person.
If you are interested, please express interest and follow the instructions attached to consult the detailed terms of reference and other relevant information in the ILO e-sourcing platform.
Please submit your proposal before the specified deadline.
Thank you.
