Agency/Project Name: UNDP BRH/ Regional Gender Unit

Country of assignment: Homebased with travel required to Vietnam (TBC), Thailand

UNDP and UNICEF are assessing a regional initiative to promote gender-responsive urban governance and climate resilience in three Asia-Pacific cities. The study focuses on how heat stress affects women informal workers, especially street vendors and gig workers, by impacting income, health, safety, mobility, and caregiving responsibilities. It will identify policy gaps, document good practices, develop practical assessment tools, and provide recommendations to strengthen inclusive urban climate resilience and heat action planning. UNDP hereby invites qualified bidders to submit their proposals in accordance with the requirements outlined in the solicitation documents.
