Call for External Collaborator – Consultant to support the design, finalization and coordination of the agenda for a study visit to Madrid on Spain`s care system within the framework of the ILO project, CO-Kyiv, Ukraine

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: Under the supervision of the ILO Country Office for Ukraine, the Consultant shall provide technical and coordination support for the design, finalization and preparation of a study visit agenda for tripartite technical delegations from Ukraine and Moldova to Madrid. The assignment will focus on Spain’s care system, with particular attention to early childhood education and care for children aged 0–3, long-term care, social protection and working conditions of caregivers, domestic work and pay equity. The Consultant shall develop a detailed day-by-day agenda; identify and engage relevant Spanish institutions and technical counterparts; coordinate institutional and field visits; facilitate the participation of social partners; prepare supporting materials; coordinate relevant logistical arrangements; and maintain regular liaison with the ILO project team. The Consultant shall consolidate and submit a final agenda validated by the ILO and confirmed with relevant Spanish counterpart institutions.
