RFQ/JSB5/2609/52-Supply, Installation of Dairy Production & Processing Equipment

This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is issued under the project titled “Net-Zero, Nature-Positive Dairy: Climate-Smart Dairy Value Chains through Energy Transition and Nature-Based Solutions – JSB CP5,” implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Sri Lanka.

The primary objective of the project is to enhance the resilience, sustainability, and productivity of Sri Lanka’s dairy value chain. The intervention targets climate-vulnerable districts—Kilinochchi (Northern Province) and Nuwara Eliya (Central Province). As an essential component of this initiative, the pocurement process will focus on selecting qualified suppliers for the supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of Dairy Production and Processing Equipment.

A summary of the requirements is provided below. [Refer to the bidding documents for detailed specifications.] The procurement requirement contains seven (07) separate Lots. Bidders may submit bids for one, several, or all Lots, depending on their technical expertise, operational capacity, and ability to meet the specified requirements. 

LOT 01 - Supply & Installation of 500L Milk Chillers  - 8 Nos.

LOT 02 - Supply & Installation of 300L Milk Chillers - 11 Nos.

LOT 03 - Supply & Installation of 200L Milk Chillers  - 18 Nos.

LOT 04 - Supply & Installation of 40L Milk Chillers  - 8 Nos.

LOT 05 - Supply 10L Milk Cans - 500 Nos.

LOT 06 - Supply Double Cow Milking Machine - 20 Nos.

LOT 07 - Supply Grass Chopper Machine - 20 Nos.

Qualified bidders are invited to submit their quotations for the RFQ titled: “RFQ/JSB5/2609/52-Supply, Installation of Dairy Production & Processing Equipment”
