Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The ILO seeks an External Collaborator to assess Azerbaijan’s legislation, institutional arrangements and practice against the Maritime Labour Convention, 2006, as amended. The assignment will require completion of the ILO five-column gap-analysis matrix, consultations with competent authorities and representative employers’ and workers’ organizations, preparation of a concise analytical report and prioritized roadmap towards possible ratification and implementation, and presentation and validation of the findings. Applicants must have an advanced law degree, at least seven years of relevant experience, and demonstrated expertise in the MLC, 2006 or maritime labour standards. The home-based assignment comprises 25 working days over two calendar months. Outputs must be submitted in English and editable format.
