Individual Consultancy/AI Lab Manager – HealthTech Hub

Description of the Assignment:  Provision of consultancy services as HealthTech Hub AI Lab Manager under the timbuktoo Initiative. The consultant will lead the operational design, launch, and management of the HealthTech Thematic AI Lab in Kigali, Rwanda, including AI venture acceleration, AI talent development, compute and data access coordination, AI partnerships, responsible AI governance, HealthTech AI learning pathways, ecosystem orchestration, and monitoring and reporting of AI Lab activities in alignment with timbuktoo methodologies and UNDP requirements.

Period of assignment/services:  240 working days over 12 months, from 01 October 2026 to 30 September 2027

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
