Call for External Collaborators - To support the pilot-testing exercise for testing the methodology for assessing the comparability of skills and qualifications between India and Canada

The ILO DWT/CO-New Delhi project titled “Promoting safe employment pathways and fair recruitment practices is seeking to engage a Canada-based External Collaborator consultant to the pilot-testing exercise through which the methodology for assessing the comparability of skills and qualifications between India and Canada will be tested. The External Collaborator will provide technical support in the development of pilot implementation roadmaps, facilitate engagement with Canadian stakeholders, and lead the integration of cultural orientation and Gender Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (GEDI) considerations into the comparability methodology and pilot implementation framework. This arrangement is intended to strengthen stakeholder ownership in Canada and ensure that the pilot exercise reflects labour market demand, realities and inclusive migration pathways.
