This RFQ refers to the supply, delivery and installation of laboratory furniture for the Sanitary-Epidemiological Welfare and Public Health Committee (SES) of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The requirements are specified in RFQ/2026/64391 – Section II: Schedule of Requirements and Section III: Returnable Bidding Forms, Form C – Technical Quotation Form for the following items (divided into separate lots for ease of bid submission):

Bidders may submit a quotation for one or more items identified in this RFQ. However, bidders must quote for 100% of the quantity specified for each item for which they submit a quotation. Based on the results of the evaluation, UNOPS may enter into one or multiple contracts with the successful bidder(s)
IMPORTANT NOTE: Interested vendors must respond to this tender using the UNOPS eSourcing system via the UNGM portal. The requirements are specified in RFQ/2026/64391 – Section II: Schedule of Requirements and Section III: Returnable Bidding Forms, Form C – Technical Quotation Form for the following items (divided into separate lots for ease of bid submission):
- Laboratory fume cabinet for reagent storage (tall/pencil type) - 29 units
- Laboratory cabinet for storing laboratory glassware and consumables, vertical (tall / pencil type) - 29 units
- Laboratory Samples Storage Cabinet - 10 units
- Laboratory Table with Sink - 17 units
- Laboratory Titration Table -8 units
- Double-sided island laboratory bench with integrated trapezoidal end tables on both sides - 4 sets
- Laboratory Spectrometer Table #1 - 14 units
- Laboratory Spectrometer Table #2 - 18 units
- The anti-vibration scale table - 10 units
- Laboratory Sample Preparation Table - 33 units
- Mobile laboratory stand-trolley for two gas cylinders of 40-50 liters - 3 units

New amendment added #1: The RFQ is amended as follows: Minutes of the pre-bid meeting held on 11 September 2026 are uploaded in the document upload section.To reflect the changes in the technical specifications for the Item #6 the document titled "RFQ_Section_III_Returnable_Bidding_Forms_Form C_Technical Bid Form" is hereby replaced with the updated document titled "RFQ_2026_64391_ Section III_Returnable Bidding Forms_Form C_Technical Quotation Form_Rev1_17SEP26". Corrections and modifications in the revised document are reflected in red font for ease of reference.Deadline for quotation submission is extended by one week to allow bidders sufficient time to consider the revisions.To regulate the submission of samples for testing in lieu of SEFA compliance certificates, as provided for in the technical specifications, a specific provision governing sample submission has been added to the Tender Particulars.Except as amended herein, all other terms and conditions of the RFQ remain unchanged and in full force and effect.

New clarification added: Q2: Could the deadline be extended to allow time for proper quotation preparation? A2: Due to the limited time remaining for project implementation, UNOPS must complete the solicitation process and sign the contract as soon as possible. Nevertheless, as the technical specifications for Item #6 have been revised following a clarification request, the RFQ deadline will be extended by one week to allow bidders sufficient time to consider the revisions and prepare their quotations. The revised deadline is 24 September 2026 at 12:00 Tashkent time (07:00 UTC).

New clarification added: Q1: Could you please clarify the requirements for Item #6: 1) What does “A) Standard set” mean, and what does it include? 2) Why is the quantity for “A) Standard set” shown as 2 units? What exactly needs to be supplied in a quantity of 2? 3) How many units of the accessories listed in line 11 (Set) must be provided? - Technological rack/stand with 3 shelves;- Mobile cabinet with three drawers; - Mobile cabinet; 4) Regarding the dimensions 4500 × 1600 × 800 mm: is this the overall size of the complete set including all accessories? A1: Item #6 comprises four complete sets. Each complete set consists of: (i) two double-sided central bench modules, each measuring approximately 1,500 × 1,600 × 800 mm; (ii) one trapezoidal end pedestal with a built-in sink, measuring approximately 1,600 × 750 × 800 mm; and (iii) one trapezoidal end pedestal without a sink, measuring approximately 1,600 × 750 × 800 mm. The quantity of “2 units” under Section A refers to the two central bench modules included in each complete set. Each central bench module shall include one three-shelf technological rack, one electrical service panel, one mobile cabinet with three drawers, and one mobile cabinet with a lockable door and two shelves. Therefore, each complete set shall include two of each accessory listed under Line 11. The dimensions 4,500 × 1,600 × 800 mm refer to the nominal overall assembled dimensions of one complete set, including both central bench modules and the two end pedestals. The height of 800 mm refers to the worktop height and excludes components installed above the worktop.The pictures are provided only to illustrate the general intended configuration. Compliance shall be assessed against the written technical requirements. For the avoidance of doubt, the specifications for this item were modified to reflect the above clarification.
