Engagement of a National Consultancy Firm for IFRS 9 Implementation, Financial Product Development and Resource Mobilization The International Organization for Migration (IOM) invites proposals from qualified national consultancy firms or consortiums to support Probashi Kallyan Bank (PKB) in the implementation of an IFRS 9-compliant framework, including Expected Credit Loss (ECL) methodology and credit risk modelling, as well as the development of innovative financial products and resource mobilization strategies. The selected firm will provide technical expertise, analytical support, capacity building and post-implementation support under the EU-supported project “Strengthened Service Delivery Systems for Improved Migration Management and Sustainable Reintegration.” The assignment is expected to be completed within six (6) months from the date of contract signing.
