Dear Sir/Madam,

We are pleased to invite eligible vendors to submit a bid for Long Term Agreement (LTA) of Hygiene Supplies (Detail information of specification, please read at attached LITB-2026-9205993). The Bid must be submitted via email Cambodia-Bids@unicef.org and clearly marked with the above bid number (LITB-2026-9205993).

Submission Deadline: via email: All e-mailed Bids must be submitted to the ONLY ACCEPTABLE E-MAIL ADDRESS as specified in this solicitation document. No other recipient should be "Cc" or "Bcc" in the e-mail submission. Bids received in any other manner will be invalidated.

Properly emailed complete offers will be received at UNICEF Cambodia Country Office until 10:00AM on Tuesday 22, September 2026 Cambodia-Phnom Penh time to email: Cambodia-Bids@unicef.org Offers must be clearly marked with UNICEF bid reference (tender number). Late bids will not be acceptable.

Bidders are required to submit any questions in respect of this Solicitation Document to phnompenhsupply@unicef.org. The receipt of any questions (សំណួរ) deadline by 16 September 2026 at 17:00.

Cambodia-Phnom Penh time.

EMAILED BIDS Must be sent exclusively to Cambodia-Bids@unicef.org in a non-editable format (i.e. PDF), clearly marked with the tender number (LITB-2026-9205993) and dispatched to arrive NO LATER than Tuesday 22, 2026 at 10:00am Cambodia-Phnom Penh time. Bids received in any other manner will be INVALIDATED.

Bid conference. Online bid conference will be held on Tuesday 15 September 2026, at 10:00am, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Please Note: email should not exceed 10MB. In bid response is larger than 10MB, please zip the files or divide response into separate files and send in multiple emails instead. 

All Bids submitted by e-mail must be submitted as email attachments. Email links (e.g., to documents to be downloaded from cloud-based folders) are not acceptable unless otherwise specifically requested. Bids submitted as a link or through a link will be rejected.
