New clarification added: Question: With reference to RFQ/2026/64458 – Schedule of Requirements, we would appreciate your clarification on the following points to ensure that our quotation fully complies with the requirements and that the pricing is prepared accurately:Product Origin / Brand and QualityThe RFQ states that all items shall be “new, unused, of current production and suitable for regular use in schools,” and refers to the provision of the brand/model offered, where applicable.Could you please clarify whether:The requested items are required to be original manufacturer-branded products, orHigh-quality, first-grade equivalent/non-branded products are acceptable, provided that they fully comply with all technical specifications, quality, durability, safety, performance and warranty requirements stated in the RFQ?Additionally, please confirm whether a specific brand/model is mandatory for any of the listed items.UNOPS Answer:Kindly be informed that no specific brand is required.  High-quality, first-grade non-branded products are acceptable, provided that they fully comply with all technical specifications, quality, durability, safety, performance and warranty requirements stated in the RFQQuestionDelivery Locations / Beneficiary SchoolsThe RFQ indicates that the goods will be delivered and installed at designated schools in different locations, while the consignee details are to be determined later.For accurate costing of transportation, offloading, placement and installation, could you please provide the following information, if available:Names of the beneficiary/designated schools;Governorate for each school;Number of schools in each governorate;Delivery addresses or locations of the schools;Whether the goods will be delivered directly to each school or to a central/consolidated delivery point;Confirmation that transportation, offloading, placement and installation at the designated schools are to be included in the quoted prices under the specified DPU delivery terms.UNOPS Answer:The designated delivery locations will be confirmed after contract award, noting that the schools will be handed over to UNOPS in phases, and eventually the delivery of the goods will be planned in phases. The 60 schools are distributed across multiple governorates throughout the Kingdom, covering the northern, central, and southern regions.  Offered prices should include all related costs on a DPU delivery term basis.
