Event management services to organize two 3-days trainings for hotline operators: 20-22 October and 10-12 November 2026, Lviv, Ukraine

Within the ExB Project "SPU II - Strengthening Capacities of Ministry of Internal Affairs and its Affiliated Agencies for Emergency Response, Communication and Psycho-Social Support for Veterans and their Families" Conducting specialized training for hotline personnel on respectful, trauma-informed communication and effective response to calls from veterans or their family members it is planned to conduct two 3-days trainings. Based on the above, the OSCE SPU requires logistical and technical support (catering, accommodation, travel expenses compensation, etc.).
