Description
The United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO), seeks Expression of Interest (EOI) from duly registered companies for the Provision of Vehicle Tyres for MONUSCO, United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The following will be the requirement: i) a) The procurement is not brand specific. Bidders may offer tires from any manufacturer or brand, provided that the tires offered meet or exceed the minimum technical requirements and are fully compatible with the specified vehicle/equipment. b) Maximum delivery period: four (4) weeks from the date of issuance of the Purchase Order. Partial delivery will not be accepted. c) Vendors should be able to provide Manufacturer’s technical documentation, such as a datasheet, catalogue, brochure or equivalent documentation, clearly identifying the offered tire’s manufacturer/brand, model/pattern, country of origin, size, load index, speed rating, ply rating/load range, construction and other relevant technical characteristics. c) UNGM Registration: Interested vendors must be registered with the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) at the Basic Level. ii) Please note that this request for EOI is not an invitation for submission of bid. iii) MONUSCO reserves the right in selecting the invitees for the competitive bidding based on substantial and proven records of performance in the subject field of activities. Submission of an EOI would not automatically warrant receipt of the documents; MONUSCO reserves the right to reject EOI’s received after the deadline indicated below.
