UNICEF has now issued an Invitation to Bid in order to select a supplier for the provision of LDS supplies for KP and Punjab- (Pakistan-based vendors are encouraged to apply) LITB-2026-9205981. Please review the following points at the time of submitting your firm's financial proposal Mandatory Eligibility Documents • Valid company registration in Pakistan • NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates • Active vendor registration (UNGM if the solicitation requires it) • Declaration of acceptance of UNICEF General Terms and Conditions • Signed Bid Form / Bidder Instruction Form • Company profile and contact details • Manufacturer authorization letter (where bidder is a distributor) Technical Proposal Documents For medical equipment procurements, suppliers are usually required to submit: • Detailed technical specifications compliance sheet • Product catalogues/brochures • Manufacturer specifications • Country of origin information • Warranty commitment • Installation, testing and commissioning methodology • Training plan for end users (if applicable) • After-sales service and maintenance arrangements • Availability of spare parts in Pakistan Regulatory Documents for Medical Equipment ( if applicable) • DRAP registration certificate for the offered device (where applicable) • Free Sale Certificate from country of manufacture • CE Mark, FDA, ISO 13485, or equivalent certification, depending on the equipment category • Local service centre details in Pakistan • Evidence of previous installations and references Financial Proposal Documents • Signed Financial Offer • Price Schedule • Delivery schedule • Incoterms DAP Karachi • Offer validity period • Applicable taxes shown separately UNICEF medical equipment tenders typically require complete pricing schedules and bidders to indicate delivery timelines and offer validity. Sample Evaluation (If Applicable) Some medical devices UNICEF may request: • Physical samples • Demonstration units • Factory test certificates • Quality assurance documentation This tender will be run through the UNICEF e-submissions system. In the tender management site, if you navigate to the documents tab and opt in to confirm your intention to submit a Bid – you will then see the mandatory placeholders for documents that must be attached prior to submitting your Offer (you will also see if there are any mandatory questionnaires to complete). As such, you are recommended to `opt in` well before the submission deadline so you are clear exactly what documents are required to be uploaded prior to completing your submission. Please note that in order to access the tender documentation through UNICEF’s e-submissions system, vendors must: (i) be registered with UNICEF in UNGM as a company/NGO; (ii) have successfully completed all mandatory information currently required by UNGM when registering.
