RFQ for Banquet Services on 7 October 2026 in Islamabad

The Hotel will provide following services on 7 October 2026: 1. Banquet Hall suitable for guaranteed 38 and expected 45 participants 2. Round Table seating arrangements with 5 participants on each table; or U-shape seating (will be decided later) 3. SMD Screen (minimum 10’ x 12’) with Sound System + 2 complementary cordless microphones 4. Zoon setup with 1 camera 5. Dedicated internet line (10 MB) 6. Podium with microphone 7. Two (2) additional cordless microphones 8. Necessary stationary, like Sticky Notes (3” x 6”) in 3 colors, note pads, pens, 10 x Flip Charts with stand, markers, soft mints etc. 9. Drinking water in GLASS bottes 330ml and/or 750ml, quantity as per need 10. Morning and Evening tea/coffee with snacks/cookies 11. Lunch with Buffet Meals in restaurant 12. Service staff 13. WiFi internet service 14. Generator and UPS power backup 15. Any relevant service required on spot
