The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.
Below is a summary of the work to be performed:
The External Collaborator will support the ILO in conducting an updated actuarial assessment of the proposed National Pension Fund (NPF) in Namibia. The assignment will focus primarily on facilitating the collection, review and validation of national data and information required for the actuarial assessment, in close collaboration with the Social Security Commission, the Government Institutions Pension Fund and other relevant national institutions. The External Collaborator will also provide relevant technical inputs and contextual information to support assumption-setting and the actuarial analysis, and assist the Senior Social Security Actuary throughout the valuation process. The assignment will include technical guidance and training in social security actuarial modelling, including dedicated training on the NPF actuarial model.
