New clarification added: Question: In order to ensure full compliance with all technical and administrative requirements of the ITB, we respectfully request an extension of the bid submission deadline until 19 September 2026. The additional time would enable us to coordinate effectively with our suppliers, obtain accurate and competitive quotations, and prepare a comprehensive offer that fully meets the specifications and requirements of the tender.We would greatly appreciate your kind consideration of this request. Your support in granting the requested extension would allow us to submit a complete, accurate, and fully compliant bid.Answer: We really appreciate your effort to compile a comprehensive quotation. However, a second deadline extension will be considered if fewer than three bids are received by the closing date. Therefore, we encourage you to submit the quotation before the closing time.

Wi-Fi connectivity and USB Wi-Fi adapterItem No. 8 states:“Dual-Port Gigabit Ethernet (Power Over Ethernet), WiFi built-in or Wi-Fi dongle.”Please kindly confirm:a. Whether every IP phone must provide operational Wi-Fi connectivity, either through built-in Wi-Fi or an external Wi-Fi dongle.b. If the proposed phone does not have built-in Wi-Fi but supports Wi-Fi through a compatible USB dongle, whether the bidder must supply one USB Wi-Fi adapter with each of the 230 phones as part of the quotation.c. Alternatively, whether it is acceptable to offer a phone that supports an optional USB Wi-Fi dongle without including the dongle in the standard supply.d. Whether UNOPS has any minimum requirements for the Wi-Fi adapter, such as:2.4 GHz and/or 5 GHz frequency band;IEEE 802.11 b/g/n/ac standards;WPA2/WPA3 security protocols; ora manufacturer-approved Wi-Fi dongle.Answer 1 : a. build in Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi dongle is acceptable how the dongle should support to install at the back of phone. b. need to provide one USB Wi-Fi adaptor for each phone as part of quotation if you propose no build-in Wi-Fi phones.c. No. we need the Wi-Fi building or with Wi-Fi dongle as we need to use Wi-Fi connectivity with the phones.d. we need both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz band.Question: 2. Line keysThe technical specifications require at least 40 line keys. Please confirm whether this refers to:40 physical line/DSS keys on the telephone; orat least 40 programmable virtual DSS/BLF keys accessible through multiple display pages.Answer 2: 40 programmable line keysQuestion: 3. CompatibilityThe proposed phones must be compatible with the existing Dinstar UC350 IP-PBX system and Dinstar C63GP phones. Please confirm whether the bidder is required to provide any manufacturer’s compatibility declaration, test report or demonstration as part of the quotation.Answer 3: Yes, need to provide the documentation for the compatiablity.Question 4. Warranty and after-sales servicePlease confirm whether the minimum one-year warranty requires on-site service in Yangon, or whether remote technical support combined with replacement parts or unit replacement would be acceptable.Please also confirm whether the bidder must have an established local service partner in Myanmar at the time of bid submission.Answer 4: Yes, nee to provide warranty and services within Yangon, MyanmarQuestion 5. New clarification added: Question: If possible, we kindly ask for a 10 day extention of the submission deadline.With the current deadline we will need to submit our offer tomorrow (i.e. 1 working day to finalize a quote), which is unfortunatly not enough time. We will need time to gather offers from different distributor, and obtain freight rates to Yangon, in order to probide the most comprehensive offer at the best possible pricing.Answer: The tender submission deadline is extended until 9th September 2026 so that the bidders has enough time to submit the best quotations.
