Considering the complex road conditions and the load requirement (8 liters for the sewage tank + 2 liters for the clean water tank), Do you accept a vehicle with a higher horsepower than the specified requirement?UNOPS Response:Yes, this is an RFI, and the main purpose is to identify the best-fit product for our client.Bidder Request,2. For the spare parts, in the Indicative_Technical specification, there are 2 places required quotation: one is "Line 5#Spare Parts List- Manufacturer's recommended spare parts list amounting to 15% of the vehicle's price shall be submitted together with the offer. The current price list shall remain fixed for at least five year', the other is "Line 32# Item 9 FIELD KIT OF SPARE PARTS- The following list for each unit with price list shall be provided with the offer". Could you clarify whether the spare parts mentioned in above two places are the same or different? Does the bidder need to quote separately or together for the spare parts mentioned in above two places? In a word, if Line 32# Item 9 FIELD KIT OF SPARE PARTS are included in the Line 5#Spare Parts List- Manufacturer's recommended spare parts list amounting to 15% of the vehicle’s price?UNOPS Response:They are the same; however, if there are important additional items that the bidder can include in the Field Kit of Spare Parts, especially if they are critical for truck service please add them.

New clarification added: Dear Bidders,Please find below the clarifications in response to inquiries received from interested bidders:Bidder Requist Given only 3 days for this RFI. It's too tight. In order to allow the bidder has sufficient time to submit their best offer. Could you extend the submission deadline by one week?Your favorable consideration would be highly appreciated.UNOPS ResponseAs most suppliers have requested similar questions regarding the RFI deadline extension, and considering the shortened project timeline, we can only extend the deadline up to Tuesday, 8 September 2026, with only one (1) time extension.Kindly try to share the requested information by the deadline mentioned above.
