RFP for Cleaning, Guesthouse Housekeeping, Laundry/Linen, Pest Control and Related Services at ICTP Premises in Trieste, Italy
The Abdus Salam International Centre for Theoretical Physics (ICTP), a UNESCO Category I Institute based in Trieste, Italy, invites qualified companies to submit a proposal for the provision of cleaning, guesthouse housekeeping, laundry/linen, pest control and related services at ICTP premises in Trieste, Italy.
The services cover mixed-use premises, including offices, academic areas, laboratories, common areas, guesthouses and residential accommodation.
The RFP is structured in two lots:
Lot A – Campus Cleaning Services
Lot B – Guesthouse Housekeeping, Laundry/Linen and Related Cleaning Services
Bidders may submit a proposal for one or both lots. Partial proposals within a lot will not be accepted.
The solicitation documents provide the detailed scope of services, eligibility and qualification requirements, technical evaluation criteria, price schedule and submission instructions.
A mandatory site visit will be organised as indicated in the solicitation documents. Attendance at the mandatory site visit is required in order for proposals to be considered.
