Description
The ILO’s **TRIANGLE Partnerships for Fair and Effective Labour Migration in ASEAN (2026–2031)** is a five-year regional programme funded by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC). The programme operates at the regional ASEAN level and in eight countries: Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Thailand and Timor-Leste. TRIANGLE Partnerships works with governments, workers’ and employers’ organizations, ASEAN institutions, civil society organizations, migrant workers and their families, communities and media. The programme aims to improve migrant workers’ livelihoods through better access to skills development, protection of labour rights, safe migration pathways and strengthened regional migration governance, with particular attention to gender equality. Building on the achievements and lessons of the ILO’s earlier **TRIANGLE in ASEAN** programme, TRIANGLE Partnerships expands the geographical scope, technical areas, cross-cutting strategies and collaboration with development partners. To establish a consistent and recognizable programme identity, TRIANGLE Partnerships will develop a **visual identity in line with the ILO house style**, including design and style elements, a colour scheme and standard fonts. The visual identity will be applied across programme communications and visibility materials, including leaflets, pull-up banners, a standard PowerPoint presentation template and other promotional materials for meetings and events. Under this external collaboration assignment, a **graphic designer will support TRIANGLE Partnerships in developing its visual identity and associated promotional materials**, ensuring consistency, professional presentation and alignment with ILO branding requirements.
