Request for Proposal – Development of the ACRI Digital Ratings Platform

Introduction

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) invites qualified consulting firms to submit proposals for the design, development, testing, deployment and handover of the African Credit and Investment Risk (ACRI) Digital Ratings Platform.

The ACRI Digital Ratings Platform will comprise two integrated workstreams: the ACRI Investment DealRoom and the ACRI Ratings Engine. The platform will support investment facilitation and data-driven credit and investment risk assessment for African small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), incorporating transaction workflows, data integration, analytical and risk-rating capabilities, expert assessments, dashboards and related functionalities, as further detailed in the Terms of Reference.

Interested proposers shall prepare and submit their proposals in accordance with the requirements and instructions contained in the Request for Proposal (RFP). Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Quantum Supplier Portal by the deadline specified in the solicitation documents.

Interested suppliers must submit their offers directly through the system in accordance with the solicitation documents and the available user guide. Suppliers who have never registered in the Quantum Supplier Portal may register using the registration link provided in the procurement notice and follow the instructions available on the UNDP Resources for Bidders page. Suppliers who already have a profile should not create a new one and should use the forgotten password feature if they do not remember their password or username.

Suppliers are encouraged to search for the specific tender using the available search filters and subscribe to the tender to receive notifications of any amendments to the solicitation. Questions or requests for clarification should be submitted through the messaging functionality in the Quantum Supplier Portal in accordance with the solicitation documents.
