Call for National External Collaborator – Co-facilitation of Actuarial Training for NOSI

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The national consultant will co-facilitate a structured actuarial training programme for officials of the National Organization for Social Insurance (NOSI), combining four online training sessions with 10 days of in-person training in Cairo, Egypt. The consultant will support delivery of actuarial work and valuation processes, data requirements and preparation, the ILO pension model, formulation of assumptions and scenarios, sensitivity testing, interpretation of actuarial results, and use of actuarial evidence for policy and decision-making, with particular attention to the Egyptian social security and pension context.
