New clarification added: Dear Bidder,Thank you for the interest in the tender. Please find below the clarification on your question.1. The requirement will be changed: 1.4.11 Airway Management Safety: Automatic endotracheal/tracheostomy tube cuff pressure control and monitoring system to prevent under-inflation and over-inflation risks (either fully integrated into the ventilator hardware/software OR supplied as a dedicated automatic digital electronic device included in the standard delivery package) OR Automatic Tube Resistance Compensation (ATRC) or Automatic Tube Compensation (ATC) or equivalent ATRC/ATC. 2. No, AMV (Adaptive Minute Ventilation) mode performs equivalent automated lung-protective control functions for driving pressure and tidal volume but it fails in automated PEEP titration. The requirement will be changed: 1.2.13 Protective Ventilation & Automation: The device must feature an automated, real-time lung protection suite that continuously assesses respiratory mechanics. The system must automatically adjust driving pressure and tidal volume to minimize the risk of Ventilator-Induced Lung Injury (VILI). Additionally, the suite must feature integrated automated or semi-automated PEEP titration tools, step-wise recruitment maneuvers, or protocol-driven workflows to optimize PEEP baseline levels (e.g., Adaptive Support Ventilation [ASV], Adaptive Minute Ventilation [AMV], SmartCare/PS, PEEP INview, Open Lung Tool, or equivalent automated weaning/protection protocols).Thank you. New clarification added: Dear UNOPS Procurement Team,We kindly request clarification regarding the following questions: 1. Will the requirement specified in clause 1.8.1 of the table of the appendix "Section II: Schedule of requirements" be fulfilled and the presence of a service center authorized by the manufacturer confirmed if the Participant provides a certificate from the manufacturer stating that the engineers of its service center have been trained by the manufacturer and have all the knowledge to service the product, as well as a letter by which the Participant guarantees and confirms that it has its own service center and engineers who have been trained by the manufacturer?2. Is it necessary to translate from Ukrainian to English certificates and declarations in Ukrainian for the product, similar contracts and other documents issued by the Participants in Ukrainian: registration certificate, etc.?
