Description of the assignment: UNDP is looking for a national legal entity for the assignment: RFQ/2026/004 - Support for Livestock Feed Production from Rice Straw Initiated by Young Herders’ Cooperative in Bulgan Soum, Khovd Aimag.

The “Improving Adaptive Capacity and Risk Management of Rural Communities in Mongolia’’ (ADAPT) project funded by the Green Climate Fund was launched in March 2021. The project is being implemented by the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change, the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry, and the United Nations Development Programme for 7 years in Dornod, Sukhbaatar, Zavkhan, and Khovd aimags. 

The objective of the assignment is to supply, deliver, install, and commission livestock feed production machinery and equipment to support the production of high-quality, climate-resilient livestock feed from rice straw in Bulgan soum, Khovd aimag.

Duration: 4 months
