Dear Sir/Madam,

The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (hereinafter referred to as UNHCR) is pleased to invite prospective bidders to submit a bid in accordance with the UNHCR General Conditions of Contract for Goods and  Services and Technical Specifications (Annex A) as set out in this Request for Quotation (RFQ).

 

REQUEST FOR QUOTATION: 26-HCR-MMR-SUP-RFQ-013 - for the provision of infrastructure improvement activities in IDP sites/monasteries within Sittwe.

The RFQ consists of the following:

  • Annex A: Terms of Reference
  • Annex B: Technical Offer form
  • Annex C: Financial Offer Form/ BoQs for all Lots (1,2(A+B),3,4, and 5
  • Annex D: Vendor Registration Form
  • Annex E: UNHCR General Condition of Contract for Goods and Services- July 2018 (To be initialed/acknowledged and submitted with Technical Offer)
  • Annex F – Supplier Code of Conduct (To be initialed/acknowledged and submitted with Technical Offer)
  • Annex G – Drawing/Floor Plan for all Lots
