UNICEF China Tender LRFP-2026-9205896 LTA Contract for Hearing Aids and Diagnosis Equipment

Dear Madam/Sir,

Access to quality health care services, particularly in under-resourced settings, is critically dependent on the availability of appropriate medical technologies. Hearing loss, especially among children, can significantly hinder early development, learning, and social integration, yet remains underdiagnosed and untreated in many low-resource environments due to lack of access to hearing aids and related services. This tender aims to address that gap by facilitating the procurement, installation, and training associated with hearing aids and audiological equipment. Through this exercise, UNICEF China seeks to establish local Long-Term Arrangements (LTAs) that enable Country Offices and partners to respond more efficiently and sustainably to hearing health needs, particularly in support of maternal, newborn, and child health programs. The scope of this tender aligns with UNICEF’s broader goal of ensuring equitable access to life-changing medical technologies, with a strong emphasis on sustainable service delivery and capacity building at the local level.

A bid conference will be held on 4 September 2026 at 11:00AM (Beijing Time) online, and on site at Care & Rehabilitation Expo China 2026 in Beijing. If you wish to join the pre-bid meeting online, please send the RSVP for the pre-bid meeting to mengcliu@unicef.org by 12:00 PM, 3 September 2026 (Beijing Time).

The bid documents should be sent to UNICEF China office by email.  Emailing address is chinabid@unicef.org. The subject line of the email should also include the bid number LRFP-2026-9205896. Please send the technical proposal and financial proposal in two separate emails and follow the naming rule as " LRFP-2026- 9205896 _Company Name_Technical Proposal “OR " LRFP-2026- 9205896_Company Name_Financial Proposal". When sending your quotation, no other recipients should be "cc" or "bcc" in the email.  Offers sent to any other email will be invalidated.
