• Samples are required for Items No. 1 and 2. The samples must be submitted together with the tender information, including the tender title, tender number, and supplier name, to the Procurement Office, Gaza Main Warehouse, not later than the tender closing date. For Item No. 3 (aluminium shelves), sample is not required at the bidding stage while it may be requested later. NB: The supplier is required to deliver and install the shelves with coordination with the UNRWA team at the central pharmacy at Gaza Field Office and at Middle area UNRWA pharmacy
