Market Assessment Request: Ref:RFI/CAI/001/2026- – Office Building Rental Rate in 6th of October City

UNHCR is currently conducting a market assessment to identify the prevailing monthly rental rate per square meter (EGP/sqm/month) for a managerial office building in 6th of October City.

We would appreciate receiving your indicative rental quotation and availability details for properties that generally meet the following requirements:

• Office building in a non-residential, non-overcrowded area with good accessibility.
• Convenient access to public transportation and accessibility-friendly design.
• Strong security, health, and safety features, including emergency exits and fire protection systems.
• Reliable internet and telecommunications infrastructure, with potential roof space for communication equipment.

Please note that this request is for market assessment purposes only and does not constitute a commitment to lease, rent, or initiate a procurement process.
